Welcoming staff and co-ordinated verywell during checkin as we were arrived before expected. Hotelstaff was very sophist-acted and cooperative.

We had booked 3 rooms. We had to ask for an exchange of 1 room as it was not clean. Check in was delayed by an hour. Bedsheets were not clean. Towels were wet and not fresh. Room service was average. Hot water supply was an issue. We also opted for breakfast, not worth the cost.

Property location is very good but hotel arrangements are bad as rooms were very smelling.... corners of room were dirty with dirt... curtains were dirty and holes inside ... room lock was not working properly .... overall experience was not good..... below average .....
